Do I need to buy any equipment myself?
We handle equipment selection and sourcing as part of your agreed project. Tell us the functions you want; we take care of finding the right devices and bringing them together.
Can you upgrade the home I already live in?
Yes. We start by assessing your rooms, wiring, network and existing devices, then plan a suitable upgrade. We can also plan alongside a renovation or new build.
What can you include in my smart home?
Our planning scope covers the Apple Home accessory ecosystem, from lighting and shades to climate, entry, monitoring, entertainment and more. The final equipment and functions are confirmed for your home and local availability.
Can everyone at home still use a normal switch?
Everyday physical controls are part of the design. We agree how each room should work, including manual operation and what remains available if the internet or a controller is unavailable.
Is the Rinest app available now?
You can try the working browser prototype on this page. It uses simulated devices and is not connected to a real home. Current projects use the controls specified in their proposal. Real-device integrations and an installable app are still in development.
What happens after installation?
We guide your household through daily operation and hand over your project information. Your proposal explains the support arrangements and any optional ongoing maintenance.
